Traditional Irish Soda Bread

Recipe

400g of Plain Flour
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Salt
300-350ml of Buttermilk approximately

Flours hydrate differently so pour in the milk until you reach the right consistency. Use the video as a guide for this

Bake at 200C for about 40 minutes. The bread should make a hollow sound at the bottom when you tap it. You can also use a thermometer to the internal temperature. Anything between 94C-100C would be ideal

US Cup Measurements approx.

1 3/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tsp of Salt
1 1/2 cups of Buttermilk approximately
