Create a realistic beach scene wall painting using sea shells collected from your trip to the beach. In this tutorial I created a diorama wall art decoration from sea shells to add to our home decor ideas. This wall painting is called "Beach in a Frame "

We love the sea and one of our favorite beach activities is collecting sea shells. So, we decided to use these seashells to make canvas painting.

I started by painting a sea and beach scene on the paper using acrylic paint. I used white paint to create some texture for the waves and sea foam. Once the painting was dried, I added the sea shells and the final step was to dilute a few drops of white water-based paint in water and then giving them seashells a white wash. This gave the entire painting an authentic beachy finish.

Materials used:
Acrylic Paint
White water based paint (white wash)
A4 sheet of Medium weight drawing paper
IKEA Frame HOVSTA - birch effect birch, 30x40 cm
Sea shells & pearls
