Ingredients :

2 cups of fresh bean sprouts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 red chillis
1 Garlic, minced
Chings Secret Dark soya sauce
Chings Secret Dragon Fire Chutney
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Capsicum chopped
Salt to taste

Method:

01:25 Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
01:34 Add the minced garlic and red chilies. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
01:49 Add chopped Onions, capsicums
02:02 Add the bean sprouts to the pan, some salt to taste and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to wilt and turn slightly brown.
02:28 Add Ching's Secret Dark soya sauce and Ching's Secret Dragon Fire Chutney and stir-fry for an additional minute or so.
03:30 Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or add them to your favorite stir-fry recipe.
