About LIS 2034
2024/25 LIS 2034: Research Methods [1] is a second-year course for the Bachelor of Information and Communication Technologies With Education (B.ICTs Ed.) programme, at The University of Zambia [2]. The course introduces students on how to undertake research.

LIS 2034 Learning Outcomes
Identify ways in which research can inform professional practice
Explain the concepts and principles of research, review research literature
Understand basic concepts, methods, terminology and definitions, in qualitative and quantitative research
Evaluate the quality of questionnaires, interview schedules and other data collection methods
Develop a research proposal
Apply data processing techniques to descriptive data
Apply data processing techniques to inferential data
Use computer software to process data

About the Live Lecture Recordings
