🌿 Garden-Fresh Iced Mint & Lavender Tea 🌿

There’s nothing more refreshing on a warm day than a glass of iced herbal tea – especially when the herbs are picked straight from the garden!

At Ballyknocken Cookery School, we love blending our homegrown spearmint, peppermint, and lavender into this soothing, aromatic tea.

Perfect for cooling down and winding down.

Here’s how to make it:

🍃 4 cups boiling water
🍃 1 tbsp washed spearmint leaves
🍃 1 tbsp washed peppermint leaves
💜 1 tsp washed lavender (ensure it’s culinary lavender)

Instructions:
1. Warm your teapot by swirling in boiling water.
2. Discard water, then pour in the 4 cups of freshly boiled water.
3. Add your fresh herbs.
4. Let the tea cool and steep overnight.
5. Serve poured over ice.

Sip & enjoy!
