ஐயர் வீட்டு வெண்பொங்கல் | Ven Pongal in Tamil | How to make Pongal InTamil | White Pongal.

ingredients:

Raw Rice - 3/4 cup
Moong Dal - 1/4 cup
water - 3 cup
Required salt
Ghee - 3/4 cup
cashew nuts - 10 Nos
peper - 1 table spoon
Cumin - 1 Table spoon
green chilli - I No chopped
Ginger Chopped - 1 table spoon.
curry leaves & Coriander leaves.

தேவையான பொருட்கள் :
பச்சரிசி - 3/4கப்
பாசி பருப்பு - 1/4 கப்
தண்ணீர் - 3 கப்
உப்பு
நெய் - 1/4 கப்
முந்திரி பருப்பு
மிளகு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
சீரகம் - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
பச்சை மிளகாய் 1 நறுக்கியது
இஞ்சி - 2 தேக்கரண்டி நறுக்கியது
கறிவேப்பிலை

செய்முறை:

1. பச்சரிசி மற்றும் பாசிபருப்பை 30 நிமிடம் தண்ணீரில் ஊற வைக்கவும்.
2. பின்பு பிரஷர் குக்கரில் மூன்று கப் தண்ணீர்,( ஒரு கப் அரிசி பருப்பு கலவைக்கு மூன்று கப் தண்ணீர் அளவு) ஊறவைத்த அரிசி, மற்றும் பருப்பு, உப்பு ஆகியவற்றை சேர்த்து 5 விசில் வரும் வரை வேகவைக்கவும்.
3. அடுத்து ஒரு கடாயில் நெய்யை ஊற்றி, நெய் உருகியதும் முந்திரி, மிளகு சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்.
4. முந்திரி பாதி வறுபட்டதும் சீரகம் சேர்த்து வறுக்கவும்.
5. பிறகு நறுக்கிய இஞ்சி மற்றும் பச்சை மிளகாயை சேர்த்து ஒரு முறை வதக்கிவிட்டு அடுப்பை அணைக்கவும்.
6. இறுதியாக கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து கலந்து விட்டு, வேகவைத்த பொங்கலுடன் சேர்க்கவும்.
தாளிப்பு பொங்கலில் சேர்த்து மிதமான தீயில் நன்கு கிளறி விடவும்.
