✅The switch doesn't work when the field instrument is used to control closing and opening operation On site closing and opening control wiring is incorrect or control circuit has problems

✅Treatment method: find the control wiring diagram of the field control cabinet, ask the relevant protection professionals, respectively find out the closing and opening coils and the auxiliary contacts of the switch, refer to the control wiring diagram and instructions in Appendix II of this manual for rewiring. Check the control circuit to ensure that the circuit is smooth.
✅Field coil load is too large, the instrument can not drive normally

✅Treatment: for the switch of electromagnetic mechanism, the driving current required by the switch closing coil is very large (up to
100A or several hundred a), and the maximum carrying capacity of the instrument operating power supply is 30A. So the load is too large, and the instrument is easy to operate
Unable to drive properly.
✅On site, the closing control line is generally connected to the closing contactor coil in front of the closing coil, the instrument is used to control the switch contactor to close, and the contactor is used to drive the switch closing coil to make the switch act. Or "external trigger" mode is used to switch on.
