American Lung Association gives NY mixed grades, including an "F," for tobacco control efforts

A new report from the American Lung Association has given New York mixed grades, including an "F," for its tobacco control efforts. The association hopes the failing grade will prompt lawmakers to take action.

Mike Seilback, the American Lung Association's assistant vice president for nationwide advocacy, said, "As a parent, if my child was to come home with this report card, they'd be going right up to their room because they'd have a lot more work to do."
