Manually add 3D printing supports in ChiTuBox

Описание к видео Manually add 3D printing supports in ChiTuBox

When 3D printing you'll almost always need to add supports for parts that have overhangs of more than 45 degrees. The popular SLA resin slicer, ChiTuBox, can do this automatically but honestly it isn't very good. For the best results your best bet is to do it yourself. This can take a while but the results are well worth it. In this tutorial I'll show you some of the best practices to get you started and give you a really great 3D printed object with minimal detail lost from removing supports.

Check out this video from 3D Printing Pro for the support settings I use.
