Kiran KC - More than just a comedian

For many, actor Kiran KC is a well-known, greatly admired comedian who has spent all his adult life in various comedy stints at theatres, in movies and on television screens. His mere presence adds a unique charm even to the performances of great acts like MaHa Jodi. It’s the way he portrays his character, his dedication and professionalism that all come to play once the lights turn on and the camera rolls. Which is perhaps why the audience have always perceived him as a comedian more than anything else, the fact that Kiran KC reveres greatly in his life.

But there is more to this comedy giant than meets the eye. Besides acting, KC was once a successful entrepreneur, the flair that he did not forget to bring into the world of acting and production. His family had always wished for him to continue his family's military lineage but the acting bug had bit him too hard, too early in his life.

Later, in the course of working with MaHa jodi, Kiran KC went on to produce three successful movies, the recent one being Shatru Gate. But that’s not all, the famed comedian and discrete movie producer also happens to be a singer with several musical albums to his credit.
