We will have to give an account to God of what we have done in this life. When Christ returns, what will be His evaluation of His servants, those who have received Him as their Savior. What does He expect of His servants? He wants increase. But one was a wicked servant. God has the right perspective of Christians who are lazy and don't increase His wealth. At least put the money in the bank where it can gain interest. But the servant thought His master was harsh and unfair. He was suspicious of Him. But we have the wrong attitude about God. At the Lord Jesus' return there will be a celebration. Rewards and punishments will be given to His servants. But the punishments are temporary. There will he regret, weeping and gnashing of teeth because the servant who is wicked will miss out on the celebrations. He will know outer darkness, a place of regret. But this will be temporary.
