We visited “The Promised Land,” the latest exhibit at the South Side Community Art Center in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago. The show features 11 artists and their response to and documentation of The Great Migration and other migrations of the Black diaspora. We spoke with Lola Ayisha Ogbara, the center’s curator and the exhibitions director. Visit the exhibition now until March 25.
