Cơm Gà Hội An | Vietnamese Chicken Rice Recipe

Chicken Rub (To Taste):
Tumeric
Ginger Garlic
Shallots
Salt
Sugar

Cooking the Chicken:
1/2 tosp salt
1 tosp fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Fill water to cover the chicken

Chicken Salad
1 whole chicken
rau ram
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 limes (to taste)
1 yellow or red onion
black pepper
Thai chili (optional)
thinly shredded cabbage

Ginger Fish Sauce:
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp lime juice
crushed ginger & garlic
Thai chili (optional)
