In this video I commentate over a game I had as Shen - Eye of Twilight (REWORK) In the most recent patch for League of Legends - 6.4. Shen is a melee tank with great damage mitigation and a global ultimate that allows him to farm or split push while still showing up for team fights.

Runes + Masteries:

12/0/18 - SoTa

9 Attack Speed - Reds
9 Scaling Health - Yellows
6 Scaling Cooldown Reduction - Blues
3 Scaling Magic Resist - Blues
3 Percent Health - Purples

I end up going 10-1-18 with over an 80% kill participation. I cut out the plays I thought had an impact on the game and discuss what I did and what I could have done better. Below are time stamps for each clip and a short summary.

00:15 - Use shadow dash on raptors and shortly after Amumu's Q lands on Lucian. Looking back maybe I could have saved Bard's life if I Ulted him, but then it brings into question if Lucian would have had the health to stay in the fight. You also noticed when I first arrive my Shadow Dash (Taunt) is still on cooldown. This was a problem I learned from. We come out of the fight with 2 kills for one and shortly after I kill the scuttle crab and we snag our first dragon around 10 mins into the game.

01:41 - Headed to gromp - Panth is low so I ult and he turns on Tahm - killing him just as I shadow dash. Shortly after I run down to Amumu's Blue buff and kill a pink ward. I ping for help as I know they can see me. However, Amumu was bot and with top dead and mid being pushed by my Kat I let Panth come down and take blue.

03:00 - Killed Rift Herald and Panth jumps over baron pit and engages. Amumu isn't far behind and gets a three man ult on us. Kat and Panth run toward top lane. I follow up just trying to do damage at this point and just as my Flash comes up I make a quick escape under the tower.

03:40 - Amumu wants to dive me, but Bard comes top . I stay ready to move. He flashes and is a bit late on his Q so I get away. Bard kills Tahm and ults Amumu. I have regened enough to come back and snag the kill on Amumu.

03:56 - Panth gets hooked by blitz and I ult him. Panth rans away - putting me further from the fight. Bard comes down river and lands a Q and exhaust on Ez letting me get the taunt and kill. Amumu gets another 3 man ult but it was to late. Now Kat helps us finish Amumu and Blitz. Not sure why but Ziggs came down and gets killed also. This was a great fight for our team and was the point we really took lead in the game.

05:05 - As I'm split pushing bot lane Panth is getting dove top lane. I ult him - prolonging his life and getting me there just in time for a 3 man taunt. The rest of our team comes top and we get all the kills.

05:35 - Running down the river towards mid lane and Ziggs over steps. I taunt him and blitz trys to soak Lucian's Culling - with his life.

05:50 - Panth is getting caught in river and starts a fight. Panth flashes and W's Ez - who shifts away into Bard ult. Panth get's grabbed by blitz and the map is divided into two small fights. I decided to protect my ADC as there is nothing I can do for Panth. I taunt amumu and ult lucian. This reduced the damage from Ez ult and perhaps the peel saved Lucian from Amumu.

06:15 - Split pushing bot I drop Zz and banner. I should have been faster and get to the team fight a bit late. However I ult pantheon again to get a 4 man taunt. This swings the tide of the battle and we manage to chase them down mid and get a few kills. Portal and Banner took down bot lane tower and while EZ is dealing with my portal we grab out second dragon.

07:41 - Ult Panth as he is getting caught in river. I taunt ziggs and chase him down. Then I come up from behind the team and managed a taunt and kill on Ez after he dived. This leads to a 1v1 with Tahm. Eventually my team comes and we kill him.

08:56 - Doing baron when mumu comes. He lands a nice ult on 3 people and we dip out. Most of their team runs and we get over confident. We run into their jungle and die for no reason.

10:05 - Bot lane again and promote a cannon minion just as we fight. Ult panth and managed to get three easy kills. At this point the game is over and I use my ZZ along with the push from top lane inhib and we finish the game.
