Описание к видео Old City Cemetery in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida (Part 1 of 2)

This video documents portions of Old City Cemetery in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. Graves seen and discussed are those of Elizabeth Budd Graham (AKA Bessie “the witch”), Confederate soldiers, R. Frank Nims and relatives, Union soldiers, the Proctor family, Major General David Lang, and others.

Sources will be listed in a comment for parts 1 and 2 respectively.

Mistakes and Comments:
06:57- I mean to say “several companies from the 2nd USCT,” not regiments. William Ford was in Company D of the 2nd United States Colored Infantry Regiment, which stayed in Fort Meyers while several other companies from the 2nd took part in the Florida Expedition of 1865 that culminated in the Battle of Natural Bridge.
07:11- I say “Henry Ford” when referring to William Ford.
07:44- The address for the bookstore is 128 N Bronough St and it is within sight and walking distance of this cemetery.
