How to wrap a zhong zi.

On Dragon Boat day Chinese people eat a traditional dish called zhong zi. Zhong zi is stick rice with various other ingredients wrapped in bamboo leaves. This is then steamed / boiled for about one hour.

The filling in this zhong zi consists of split yellow peas, re-hydrated mushrooms, steamed peanuts and, fatty pork, and dried shrimp.
