2003 Honda Accord Radiator Fan Failure SOLVED! - How To Replace Fan Switch WITHOUT Draining Coolant!

Phil's 2003 Honda Accord radiator fan failed, but never fear, the problem was diagnosed and resolved! At first it seemed like it was an electrical issue because the coolant got hot when not moving. But, after debugging all of the fan electrical components it ended up being the thermostat after all.
