The Charles Daly Field Grade 1911 is made in Italy by Brixia and imported by Chiappa Firearms.

The 1911 pistol has been an American favorite for over one hundred ten years. Used by the US military from 1911 to 1985, and beyond, its popularity now is bigger than it's ever been. Today we take a look at the Charles Daly Field Grade 1911. These were originally made by Armscor in the Philippines; now these are made by Brixia in Italy, under the Charles Daly name.

Brixia is very well known for making fine shotguns, but they took the original plans of the 1911 pistol and they came out with their imperial model, their superior model, and now the field grade. Sootch thinks this gun is way above its paygrade - let's check it out!
