1978 RENAULT ESTAFETTE CAMPER VAN

Purchased in 2015 1978 from Holland.

Only 3k miles covered since owning the vehicle.

Fully restored and converted into a modern day living camper van.

A totally unique camper is in excellent condition.

Works carried out:
Lots of preparation work to give a showroom standard finish. The paint job is excellent. We have recorded the whole restoration process and can provide additional photos on request.

The underside has been wax oiled with the subframe and wheel mounts all treated and powder coated. The 1300cc engine runs very well and had recently been fully serviced. It has new brake lines, shoes, clutch cable and a fluid change. It is mechanically sound.

Although Tax & Mot exempt we still have it tested and serviced annually. In the past 12 months we have installed a new starter motor, HT leads, battery and 4 brand new tyres covering less than 500miles.

Comfortable cruise speed 60-65mph.

The interior has been professionally converted and fitted out by Vantastic Camper conversions based in Kent.

Hot water is available within 5 minutes and you can enjoy a heated shower. The shower also doubles up as a toilet unit. With a bracket and removable floor panel fitted for a cassette toilet, included with camper.

The sofa is pulled out and provides a double bed with 5′ foam. There are a number of cupboards and drawers which provide lots of storage for groceries, utensils and cooking equipment.
