Easy stuff. Doesn't need 30 minutes to tell you how to do it.
Practice all you like on maps like cp_degrootkeep, tr_walkway, pl_upward etc.
Works on pretty much any height difference, as long as you can jump over their head it will work.

1: Know how hitboxes work
2: In this order:
Jump
Crouch
Turn 180°
Face their back half
Click
