Excellent! They were very courteous and professional, understanding and not judgmental. Because their special formula contains no soaps, enzymes, fragrance etc, it really eliminates the source of odor not just cover it up.

In fact, my dog can't even smell it!! Since the cleaning, he has not had one accident in the house....and here I was thinking it would be impossible to train him once he had gotten used to the idea of eliminating in the house. I am so very thankful to this company for correcting the egregious errors of my pet sitter.....and by all rights she should foot the bill!

Description of work:
This company took my large oriental rug to their facility and cleaned it, then came to my house and cleaned my carpet as well. Because of a bad experience with a pet sitter who allowed my dogs to urinate all over the house, I desperately needed to do something, because a dog will return to a place he has been before if he can smell it......
