🎉 A Sweet Tribute to a Lifetime of Hard Work 🎉

Recently, we had the honour of creating this special retirement cake for an employee of the Steel Plant in Visakhapatnam. Every tiny detail on the cake from the files, books, ID card, computer, and telephone represented the tools he used every single day at work.

Our customer wanted every detail to be just perfect… and seeing their happiness when they received the cake on time made it all worth it. 💛

While making this cake, we also took a moment to look back at how our journey began. It was back in September 2015, when my wife and I were sitting on the beachside in Vizag, dreaming about starting something of our own. We initially planned to build a platform that connected all the bakeries in the city, something like “Zomato for cakes” before Zomato even started deliveries.

But when none of the bakeries agreed to tie up with us, my wife gently said “Instead of asking others, why don’t we start our own bakery?”

And that’s how Happyoi was born 💛

From two dreamers on the beach… to creating cakes that become part of people’s most cherished moments .. this journey has been magical. ✨
