Anguirus investigates the place where the Earth Monsters fought King Ghidorah in 1999. An earthquake occurs, and King Ghidorah breaks through the ground, and defeats Anguirus. Meanwhile, Gigan and appears, and after defeating Eleking, challenges King Caesar. On Monsterland, Godzilla and Rodan sense King Ghidorah's presense, something they picked up from their previous battles. Godzilla and Rodan head to Mainland, while Caesar defeats Gigan. King Ghidorahs comes just in time, and shoots it's Gravity Beams at King Caesar. Not too far away, Megalon is reawakening from his previous battle with Zone Fighter, and is planning to aid King Ghidorah. Now on the ground, King Ghidorah battles King Caesar, and Caesar ends up getting thrown in a ditch. Just in time, Godzilla arrives to battle his old enemy once again. Rodan also arrives, noticing Megalon coming to the battle. Godzilla and Ghidorah square off, while Godzilla starts losing. King Caesar gets up and helps Godzilla. Godzilla battles Megalon, while Rodan and Caesar battle Ghidorah. Megalon flies away and battles Rodan, and Ghidorah wakes up Gigan. Gigan battles Godzilla with it's new wind ability. King Ghidorah pushes King Caesar to the ground, and stomps on him, while Rodan is struggling against Megalon. Eleking gets up, and defeats Megalon, helping Rodan. Godzilla is finishing off Gigan with the help of Eleking. All 4 Earth Defenders battle Ghidorah, but the 3 Space Monsters end up flying away to Space.
