COACH QUILTED TABBY 20 FAIL | Quality issues and disappointing packaging

I finally got the Coach Quilted Tabby 20 in the colour buff that was on my wishlist, but sadly I am going to be returning it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, from the terrible packaging to the numerous issues I noticed on the bag. I have a feeling this was a returned bag that was sent to me, but regardless, I don’t think I will purchase another one unless it’s on a substantial markdown. Have you had any negative experiences with Coach?
