Hello Friends ! This is Partha Dutta. Welcome to my channel ' fitnessfun50 '.
In my today's video - "10 minute Full Body Stretching Exercises", myself will demonstrate 14 stretching exercises which you have to do one after the other. Each of these exercises you have to do for 45 seconds.Thus, this whole workout routine will consume about 10 minutes of your time.
The duration of each of these stretching exercises has been set in this video in a way that, you can WORKOUT WITH ME while watching this routine.
These stretching workout has been designed especially for TREKKERS, BIKERS/RIDERS, MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS , and those of you who want to enhance your general fitness level.
Stretching exercises are very much beneficial even in our day to day activities. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong & healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the body joints. Without it, the muscles get shorten and become tight or hard. Then when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
These 10 MINUTE FULL BODY STRETCHING EXERCISES can be done by women & men of all age groups having some basic body fitness. If you are not in any kind of fitness routine, then you may start doing each of these stretching exercises for at least 15-20 seconds, as you gradually progress you may do each of these stretching exercises for 45 minutes.
STRETCHING EXERCISES :- 1) Single leg stretch; 2) Glute stretch; 3) Cross stretch; 4) Swan stretch; 5) Kneeling child pose; 6) Cat & cow pose; 7) Hip circles; 8) Feet stretch; 9) Knee raise; 10) Adductor stretch; 11) Rotation stretch; 12) Hands above head; 13) Hands to the sides; & 14) Back lat stretch.
It is always advisable to consult your doctor before starting of any new workout routine.
