Jaggery - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
Urdh dal - 2 teaspoons
Yellow gram dal - 1 teaspoon
Dry Red chillies - 8 -10(as per your spices)
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Desicatted coconut - 1/4 cup
Fresh cream - 2 teaspoons (optional)

For seasoning:
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Red chilly- 1
