Asics Metaspeed Sky Paris vs Edge Paris

The Asics Metaspeed Sky Paris and Edge Paris are two brand new marathon racing shoes released in time for the 2024 summer Olympics. On paper, they are designed to serve two different types of runners, with the Sky for people who run faster by increasing their stride length (taking bigger steps) and the Edge for people who run faster by increasing their cadence (taking more steps). In this video, I give an overview of both shoes, run identical workouts in them and let you know which one is best for you.
