RAINBOW Shaved Ice with Ice Cream - Dessert Street Food

The rainbow shaved ice is commonly known as Ice Kachang in Asia. Ice Kachang is commonly found in Singapore and Malaysia. Traditionally, a block of ice is shaved using an ice shaving machine. The shaved or crushed ice is then topped with a variety of ingredients such as sweet beans and peanuts. Different coloured sweet syrup is then drizzled on the ice dessert, giving it a rainbow colour. For the rainbow shaved ice dessert featured in this video, chocolate, peanut and rainbow ice cream is added into the ice ball.
