Today, I'm here to share a very personal life update, to talk about the journey that led me to take a break, and how I've been focusing on what truly matters - my health and wellness.
Some of you might know that about a decade ago, I experienced a significant burnout. Back then, I was deeply immersed in the world of Television as a presented, producer and an entrepreneur, hustling day and night to retain the name I had created for myself in the industry. But the constant pressure, the endless deadlines, and the pursuit of perfection took its toll on me, both mentally and physically. That period of my life was a wake-up call, a realization that I needed to change my path and prioritize my well-being.
Embracing the wellness path wasn't just a choice; it became my salvation. It taught me the importance of balance, the value of health, and the power of mindfulness. I dived deep into understanding wellness, not just as a concept, but as a lifestyle. And as I learned, I shared, hoping to inspire others to prioritize their well-being.
Fast forward to today, I'm proud to say that I run thriving wellness businesses. My journey from burnout to well-being has not only shaped my career but has also transformed my approach to life. Despite the demands of my work, my health, both physical and mental, remains my top priority.
But how do I keep this balance? How do I ensure that amidst the hustle, I don't lose sight of what's truly important? In this video, I'll be sharing some of the practices that have helped me maintain this delicate balance.
