We asked ourselves: are there any football (or soccer) stadiums built right next to each other? Yes there are. So we searched for the Top 10 locations around the world with the closest back-to-back stadiums. But we had to define some rules for curating this list:

1. All venues must be significantly developed on at least two sides of the pitch (so no Hackney Marshes).
2. No grounds that are or have been used by teams of the same club (so no Camp Nou and Mini Estadi).
3. #Stadiums must currently be used for club football (or at least until the start of the pandemic).
4. The distance is measured between the centre spots.
