Cheesy Garlic Bread 🧄🥖

Ingredients :
2 Garlic Pods
1tbsp Oil
A Pinch of Salt
20g Butter
1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
Chopped Parsley
9 Mini Slider Buns

Method :
1. Cut the heads of the garlic pods and place them on a silver foil. Add oil and salt. Roast in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 - 40 mins.
2. Press and remove the garlic pulp from garlic pods. Add it to a bowl along with the butter, chilli flakes, black pepper powder & chopped parsley. Mix Well.
3. Slit the mini slider buns from middle as shown in video.
4. Spread the garlic butter.
5. Put some mozarella cheese on it.
6. Bake in a preheaten oven at 180 ° C for 10 mins with burners on and 5 mins only top burner on for thr lovely golden marks on cheese.
7. Garnish with parsley and cut it and enjoy !!!
