Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Urban Expansion on Credit Loans - Wolffox, NY | November 1998

It's November 1998, and despite a minor power outage, our city is ready for the holiday season! While we may not be privy to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in our city, we can prepare our commercial sector for the rush of shoppers during these busy months! We'll also expand our urban infrastructure to accommodate parking and continue to expand our land holdings and suburbs. From now on, our city will respond and adapt to events that would have happened to us in history. If there's anything you feel we need to cover, I'd love to hear it! Thanks for watching!
