This recipe inspired by the original which I found at Souther Living Magazine, I modified it by adding addition extracts/flavorings :-)

You'll need a 10-12 Cup Bundt or Tube Pan
Bakers Joy "or" you can grease and flour your pan make sure you get in and the little nooks and indentions, so that you will have a clean release if using a decorative bundt.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) unsalted butter, softened (3 sticks) at room temperature

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened at room temperature

3 cups granulated sugar

6 large eggs at room temperature

3 cups Cake Flour (I use Soft as Silk or Swans Down in my cakes)

1 teaspoon each Vanilla Extract, Cake Batter Flavoring, and Creme Bouquet Flavoring

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300°F. Generously coat a tube pan with bakers joy or equivalent shortening; or you can grease and dust with flour. Beat butter and cream cheese with a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth, about 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy, you want to make sure that your butter and sugar are thoroughly mixed together about 10 minutes, you can increase the speed of your mixer to incorporate lots of air and make extra creamy and fluffy (I mix mine for 20 minutes). Add eggs one at a time; beat until just blended, about 30 seconds. Add flour; beat until smooth, about 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla extract, cake batter flavoring and creme bouquet flavoring mixed together thoroughly "do not over mix".

Pour batter into prepared tube pan. Bake in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour, 45 minutes. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack, about 1-2 hours.
