Honeycomb paper wraps are slowly gaining popularity over plastic bubble wraps as brands as well as consumers are becoming more aware of choices available and choosing sustainability as a preferred option. However in multiple instances we have observed that people often use paper bubble wraps, also commonly known sometimes as hexa paper or bee hive paper, incorrectly therefore impacting the quality of protection it provides. 1. Always remember to stretch the paper, as the cushion is coming from the 3D honeycomb structure.

2. Do not press the final wrapped product as you'll end up compressing the cushion (just the same way you won't pop the bubbles of plastic bubble wrap)

3. Fill up any empty spaces in the final box before sealing it. Most damages occur when the product shifts inside the walls of the box thereby causing collision and breakage.
