Here's our Itinerary for Tsho Rolpa Trek
Day 1: Ride to Chyot chyot 195km, Hike to Simi Gaun 1.9km, 45min
Day 2: Hike to Bedding, 21.2km, 8hrs 13min
Day 3: Hike to Tsho Rolpa and night stay at Na village, 17.4km, 5hrs, 45min
Day 4 Hike to Simi gaun from Na village, 29.6km, 9hrs, 22min
Day 5: Hike to Chyot chyot 2.4km, 45min and return KTM

We have completed Tsho Rolpa in 5days and 4 night but I suggest you to take 7-8days and take it slow. NOTICE: On a way to Thangding from Dongdang the whole trail that goes by the river is completely gone due to landslides so now theres no easy way you have to take detour that goes up and down and around the mountain leaving the old route so its gonna add up few hours on the climb. and Theres another landslide on a way to Na village from bedding so you have to take another steep climb detour. The trail to Tsho Rolpa used to be fairly moderate mostly mellow climb till Na Village but due landslide the trail have become more tough and challenging. Before the landslide Tsho Rolpa can be called moderate trek but after the landslide Tsho Rolpa have become definitely more tough than before. Some prior trekking experience is required definitely not for novice trekker due to high altitude and landslides areaw. Due to landslides there's no electricity after Dongang so bring you power banks and no non veg option after thangding.

Budget: From Tight budget Rs. 10,000 to Lavish Rs. 16,000

At Simigaun (first stay) Rs. 350 veg khana & Rs. 350 for room
At Na village (last stay) Rs. 600 Veg khana & Rs 800 for room
