Sennheiser MK4 & API 512b on Acoustic Song

This was recorded using the new Sennheiser MK4 through an API 512b 500 series pre amp by Old Dominion University Music Production students as a final project.

This is just a video not the actual recording of the track. The guitar had the microphone placed at the sound hole about 6 inches away. The vocalist (on a separate track*) recorded the vocals standing up roughly 3 inches from the pop filter.

*Some people believed that this was done on one track with the single microphone. It was recorded in a studio setting where both the guitar and vocals were recorded separately.
