(0:58) I try to educate myself about the other thing, recognizing the gaps and the numbers.
(1:05) Next, it's about advocacy.
(1:08) Speaking up can make a huge difference.
(1:11) I use my voice to advocate for policy changes, support organizations working on the ground and spread the word to gather more support.
(1:19) Every tweet, every post, every conversation can ignite a spark that might just light up the path of progress.
(1:27) And then, there's action, volunteering, donating or even teaching.
(1:31) Personally, I've found that contributing time or resources to local schools and educational programs not only helps the children, but also enriches my own understanding and connection to
my community.
