How To Make Detachable Guitar Hero Necks That WORK! (Les Paul + Striker Gtr's)

Описание к видео How To Make Detachable Guitar Hero Necks That WORK! (Les Paul + Striker Gtr's)

Are you tired of dropping frets in Guitar/Clone Hero?
Well, today I show how to replace the pogo pins and pads that came on Les Paul and Striker Guitar Hero Controllers with much more robust and trustworthy D-Sub connectors! This is a step by step guide on how to allow these guitars to keep their detachable necks while not skimping out on quality. No more dropped notes, or having to hardwire your necks anymore. While I did not use MattKC's video on this same subject for reference I am aware it exists. This method, while using the same connectors is quite different and more in depth, hence the hour long nature of the video. Any questions, feel free to drop a comment or hit my up on discord(see below)

Also to note, even though this is for 360 specially, this will work on Ps3 and Wii(with slightly different outcome due to the neck being more narrow) for the Les Paul Guitars, and as mentioned it will also work on the Strikers for PS2, again with slightly different outcome in looks and with a little bit more plastic removal. The method shown should be good enough to copy for both Wii LP's and Strikers though.
