What we see here is a Wagner Electric 16" oscillating table fan model #L528A910, from circa the mid 1930s. Overall, it is a what I would refer to as an underrated beast. Wagners don't tend to pop up too terribly often but this fan is solid in both performance and build quality, rivaling Emerson 77s and other high-end table fans.
