One thing to note about the miniboss guarding the capsule is that he is a lot more susceptible to multi-hit attacks, so Storm Tornado and Fire Wave will decimate him. Another thing to note is that while you are able to get the Arm Parts here, there is another certain point in the story that gives you the Arm Parts, with a s light twist to them.

Sting Chameleon is still a nuisance to fight without his weakness, and he causes graphics glitches on emulators when turning invisible. But you of course can stunlock him by using his weakness. __
