Speakers: Speakers will include high-level government officials and national experts from Antigua and Barbuda, Maldives, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Comoros, Fiji, and Mauritius. Representatives from the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute, the ICAT Secretariat, and the ICAT Donor Steering Committee.
