Richard Shaffner Shaffner's Auto Bike & Custom brought us the MINT 2017 Mustang GT with only 3,000 miles on it for a proper tune. The customer had taken the car to another shop in NC and gave them a blank check to make 1000hp. Well, what he got back was a car that would LITERALLY not run. This bad boy has a built engine by TKM Performance that is sleeved with all the goodies and a set of stage 2 blower cams. Dropped on top is an Whipple Superchargers 2.9 stage 2 kit using the awesome 1250cc injectors provided by Fuel Injector Clinic.. We started by putting a base file in with our trusty nGauge using HP Tuners software.. Initial fire up was spot on and we proceeded to pull the car on the dyno and dial it in.. with a 3.75 pulley and only 12psi, we made 680rwhp on 93octane and a safe tune. After swapping to a 3.0 pulley and some E85 and playing with cam timing, we were finally rewarded with nearly 900rwhp on just 17psi!! We are a dealer for ALL the product provided in this build.
