'E.HMI Connect' is a future-oriented software from Erlenbach GmbH for sustainable particle foam production. The software bundles the concepts of different machine types and software generations into a holistic, intuitively operable Human Machine Interface. In the process, a modular and scalable design system was developed that can be flexibly adapted to the entire machine portfolio. Prominent, appealing visualizations of the most important key figures keep users well informed at all times about the status of the machines and the progress of production. Interactive illustrations make the complex processes understandable and tangible. Design plays an important role in shortening training times and minimizing operating errors and downtimes. In addition, machine learning-supported features help users to shorten production cycles and reduce the energy consumption of the systems to a minimum. All in all, the result is an excellent user experience that facilitates work processes for all users and contributes to high customer satisfaction.
