Custom Intake Manifold Mods for RWD 4G63T Twincam

We continue assembling the RWD 4G63T DOHC engine. Head is in, timing belts and relevant components are in, and we just finished installing the intake manifold and throttle body.

We are just starting to final mount the turbo and exhaust manifold, which is a whole other kettle of fish. After that, we can start figuring out mounting the alternator, power steering pump, and hopefully an A/C compressor.

We also sat down and did some pencil pushing to find out the engine's estimated compression ratio. The true way of figuring it out is to actually measure the cylinder's clearance volume, but we used a little research and a little algebra to finangle an estimate for that. The CR is on a level that should still be boost friendly yet at the same time deliver more than adeqate off-boost response.

This engine is gonna be sweet, but still a lot more to do and a lot more to spend before we get this thing running.
