1) Steps to Generate SBI Debit Card PIN through ATM

SBI ATM/debit card PIN generation process can be done through any State Bank ATM. Customers can follow the below-given instructions to do the SBI ATM PIN generation through ATM:

Step 1: Go to the nearest State Bank ATM. Swipe your State Bank debit card into the ATM machine.

Step 2: Select the 'PIN Generation' option from the screen.

Step 3: Enter the 11-digit account number and select 'Continue.'

Step 4: Enter your registered mobile phone number and click the 'Confirm' button.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.

Step 6: Create a 4-digit debit card PIN/ATM PIN and click ‘Confirm’. After successful SBI PIN generation, a confirmation message will be displayed on the ATM screen.

2) Steps to Generate SBI Debit Card PIN through Internet Banking

One can also do the SBI debit card PIN generation online with the help of State Bank’s online banking services. Below are the steps that need to be followed:

Step 1: Log in to the SBI net banking portal and select the 'Cards' option.

Step 2: Click on the 'Debit Cards' option.

Step 3: Select' Instant PIN Generation' under the ‘Request’ tab.

Step 4: Enter the State Bank debit card number. Now, create a new PIN for your ATM/debit card.

Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number for verification. The user will soon be notified after successfully completing the SBI ATM PIN generation.

3) Steps to Generate SBI ATM PIN by SMS

State Bank of India customers can do their SBI ATM PIN generation by sending an SMS from the registered phone number to 567676 in the following format-

SMS - “PIN spacelast four numbers of SBI ATM card space last four numbers of SBI account number” to 567676
4) Step to Generate SBI ATM Card PIN by Customer Care Number

State Bank of India also allows its customers to generate SBI ATM Card PINs with the help of a customer care number. Below are the steps that need to be followed:
