Today we are talking about how to start a company outside of your country and what are the benefits of starting a business abroad.
A disclaimer before we start this is completely legal and you will need to pay taxes. This is not the way to avoid it, it's a way to make it simpler, easier, and more affordable.
First of all, is this for you?
Well it for you, if it's hard to start a company where you are because of legal formats or technical issues. If you have a lot of bureaucracy and taxes in your country.
This is for you if you are a business owner or Entrepreneur looking to go paperless and run a fully digital company in Europe. If you are a Freelancer or creative who wants to save time and automate your processes or a Digital Nomad being able to run your business while traveling around the world.
Some of the benefits are that you can receive International payments, lower the cost and hassle of administering your company since you're doing everything online. You can have board members from all around the world. Reduce bureaucracy and paperwork, in order to save time and money, and all of that without the need of a fixed location.
The first step you need to do is to become an e-resident of Estonia, this is basically your ID card in Estonia in order to open a bank account, start the company, etc.
To activate the card, you will need to have the ID software.
The next step is to find a provider, I personally use Xolo, and I'm very pleased with them and the next step is to register your company.
If they don't do this process or maybe you choose another provider and you need to do this yourself, it's actually really easy.
The next and final step is to create your business bank account. And you have two options either you create an LHV business account but you will need to go to Estonia to set up this one or what I did was to create a bank account online with Wise.
And you are done you can start working, invoicing, and grow your company, all from the comfort of your house.
