. This event was held online on 5th Dec 2020. It was hosted by Jito ladies wing Gurugram.

Highlights of the Event

1. We had participants from PAN India, including places like Delhi,
Mumbai, Surat, Karnataka, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Hyderabad, etc.
2. The event was houseful till the end.
3. There were a total of 47 participants and over more than 50
Viewers.
4. Event continues even after the online gathering. Contribution of
each participant is published on social media along with their
profiles.
5. One profile/contribution each day, ensuring that each woman is a
celebrity of the day.

Objectives achieved

• Threw limelight on our members even if they are not working
and encourage them to participate in chapter events.
• We made the best use of their rich experience as a Homemaker.
• Gave them the experience of being a public speaker and influencer.
• Gave them a recognition of their experience and instiled a feeling that homemaking is indeed a very significant role.
• Made them mentally empowered.
• Networking of ladies inter-chapter and made their profiles public.
