The video describes about the use of Dry Run feature in TestNG.
If you want to see a list of the test methods that would be invoked on run without running them actually, you can use dry run feature. Remember it will give only @Test annotated methods, not configuration methods like @BeforeTest and @AfterTest.
This option comes very handy when you have a large set of Test methods in a file and you want to see which all Test methods will be executed.

Steps to run a file using dryRun option:
1) Select the file containing Test methods you want to dryRun.
2) File - RightClick - Run As option - Run Configuration - Go to Arguments tab - In VM Argument - add "-Dtestng.mode.dryrun=true"
3) Click on Apply - Run
