I posted this awhile ago on the SFTV Lounge, it's a mod tool a friend of mine made years ago where you could make a export/import in ms paint or paint.net, and using it you could update provinces to different shapes, countries, cores, cultures, all of that!!! I posted the github below, I dunno if that helps but. I'd really appreciate if someone could get this working again! Why don't I just ask traffic? Well it'd be pretty awkward to just show up and ask a friend "Hey can you make your thing work again?" after not talking for awhile. So I am asking if any of you know how!!!

I'll be honest I don't remember if I cut it out, since I mayyybe didn't have time to re-watch this last night to do quality control [This was uploaded 17 hours ago lol] but I used the basics of this to get through the game. I suggest only building cavalry, since you can mobilize a lot of irregulars immediately. Also the reason I wasn't able to make soldiers on the first attempt was because I forgot to defund the education,, so. Be sure to do that. The kids can learn to read AFTER we spread the word of God to All of China...
