Masala Bajra Roti for Strong Bones throughout the year

Hey All! I have been strictly warned by some fellow Health coaches to mention in the very beginning that , I am not a Doctor " . This page doesn't belong to a doctor. This page is for Doctorhomemakers who are the first Doctors of their family. I am Seema a Food and Nutrition Expert who is dedicated to change lives by spreading awareness and giving reminders about Food as a medicine, Food Education and Health Education. I believe if Food is good and a Homemaker believes in her kitchen to be the wellness centre , their family falls sick less. I don't accept any brand promotions and some brands too are unhappy with me. I don't charge anything for the diet plans and that's why many people are unhappy with my work.
I don't give diet plans to everyone, please note only those who cannot afford a Dietician and are in extreme need . You may simply follow the page to get the idea . Your Dietician or Nutritionists can guide you in a better way though. This page is for those who want to learn art of using Food as a Nutrition and medicine. You are welcome.

■For the recipe
■Boil 1 cup water
■Add chopped onions, coriander leaves , Green chillies, Little Ginger, roasted and coarsely ground dry coriander seeds , Salt and pepper to taste .
■ Add exactly 1 cup of Bajra Flour in the hot boiling water and switch off the gas stove
■ Mix well and add a spoon of Ghee for better absorption of Vitamins and Minerals
■cover with lid and let it rest for 1 hour, so that it gets ample time to get soaked and is suitable for Thyroid patients too
■ After an hour , Knead the dough well , divide into portions, roll the portions and prepare a Roti.
■ Cook on a Iron Tawa on both sides well and apply some ghee. Ghee will help it to get absorbed in a better way in your body.
■ It should ne combined with Amla Chutney or any other Homemade Seasonal Chutney for better absorption of nutrients in it. I would suggest my Amla Chutney in combination of all Bajra Ragi ROTI.
■ Please do not mix Bajra and Ragi together in same recipe 😫
■ Please do not have Bajra Ragi and any other nutritious meal with Chai or Coffees.
